Corporate or Group Bookings

Group bookings may currently be available, email us for pricing. Sunyata Saskatoon can provide group classes as a one-off or series for your workplace, retreat, or community event. Available online over Zoom, or optionally in-person if held in Saskatoon.

Curriculum

Our typical 8 week introductory class covers five different meditation techniques and provides you with the tools and strategies you need to begin a regular meditation practice that suits your unique life, and to apply your mindfulness skills to better navigate everyday situations.

In class you will have the opportunity to ask a qualified instructor any questions you have, get feedback on your experiences, and hear from other students who are learning along with you.
